Requests related to cancellation must be submitted to the finance and sales department of Easy Site Coders. You can submit your cancellation request via email at business@easysitecoder.com or by mailing a letter to our address on the website. On receipt of your request, our accounts department will contact you and advise on further steps. Until you receive a cancellation code, your cancellation won't be considered valid.

We process all refund requests within 7-14 business days after approval. The refund timeline may vary depending on your payment method and banking institution. We maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications to ensure accurate processing of refund requests.
